A tracked robot inspects the heading for gas, ground movement and misfires before crews re-enter, cutting re-entry time and risk.

Open pit

Weekly pit and stockpile survey

Automated UAV missions produce volumetrics and reconciliation-ready surfaces without survey crews on the bench.

Processing

Head-grade forecasting agent

Predicts mill feed grade 24 to 72 hours ahead and flags when the plan and the stockpile disagree.

Maintenance

Mill relining and bearing watch

Monitors vibration, temperature and power draw, predicts wear and schedules the intervention into the next shutdown window.

Supply

Cyanide and carbon replenishment

Tracks consumption against throughput and lead times, and drafts orders before stock hits the safety level.

Tailings

TSF surveillance to environmental return

Drone passes capture embankment and freeboard readings; an agent drafts the monthly return for the environmental lead to approve.
