Three practices. One operating system for the mine.

Robots and agents that go where people should not and act before a shift is lost, software that gives the whole operation one version of the truth, and security that keeps all of it running. Built together, so they share data, identity and support.

01 · Robotics & agentic AI

Robots for the places you would rather not send people. Agents for the decisions that cannot wait.

Inspection, survey and sampling robots for the pit, the drift and the lab, paired with AI agents that read what they collect and act on it - with your people in the loop.

  • Underground inspection robots
  • UAV survey & tailings monitoring
  • Lab & sample automation
  • Autonomy & teleoperation retrofits
  • Grade & blending intelligence
  • Predictive maintenance agents
  • Dispatch & schedule optimisation
  • Compliance & reporting agents

02 · Enterprise software

One operating layer from geology to the gold room.

Mine operations platforms, ore tracking, metal accounting, plant systems and ERP integration - built for how a gold operation actually runs.

  • Mine operations & dispatch
  • Ore tracking & grade control
  • Metal accounting & gold room
  • Plant & processing systems
  • ERP, EAM & historian integration
  • Safety, ESG & compliance reporting

03 · OT & IT security

Security for the systems that move the ore and pour the gold.

OT/ICS and IT security for gold operations: segmentation, monitoring, secure remote access, incident response and compliance across the pit, the plant and the gold room.

  • OT / ICS security assessment
  • IT/OT segmentation & secure remote access
  • 24/7 security monitoring
  • Ransomware resilience & recovery
  • Gold room & custody system hardening
  • Governance, compliance & awareness

//How we work

Small, fast pilots. Then scale what works.

We do not sell transformation programmes. We prove one system on one part of the operation, hand you the numbers, and expand only when they hold.

Weeks 1-2
Step 01

Discover

Understand the site, the data and the risk before proposing anything.

  • Site walk or remote walkthrough with operations and safety
  • Audit of fleet, plant, ERP, LIMS and historian data
  • Written pilot scope, baseline metrics and a fixed price
Weeks 3-12
Step 02

Prove

Run one system on one shaft, pit or circuit and measure it honestly.

  • Build, integrate and commission the pilot on site
  • Weekly reviews against the agreed baseline
  • Go / no-go gate with the numbers in front of you
Months 4-6
Step 03

Deploy

Harden what worked, integrate it properly and hand it to your people.

  • Production integration with fleet, ERP and historian
  • Crew training, SOPs and safety documentation
  • Full handover pack: architecture, code, runbooks
Ongoing
Step 04

Scale & support

Extend across circuits and sites with a named engineer on call.

  • Roll-out to additional pits, levels, circuits or sites
  • 24/7 monitoring and on-call engineering
  • Monthly performance review and roadmap
Start with a pilot

Bring us one problem on one site.

A stope that is hard to inspect, a reconciliation that never balances, a report that eats a week every month. We will scope a pilot around it, price it, and tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.
