NixTech exists because gold businesses were being sold generic technology by vendors who had never weighed a sweeps bag, read an XRF touch or stood in a gold room. We build products for the businesses that make, test, photograph and sell gold, and engineer systems for the mines that produce it.

Three principles every system we ship is held to.

Built for the floor, not the demo

Outages, shared PCs, gloves and a queue at the counter. Readings are saved before they're sent, work carries on when a link drops, and manual entry is always there.

One record, never two

Every system keeps a single source of truth. When XAU Design meets Gold ERP, the ERP keeps the metal ledger, so gold is never counted twice.

People stay in charge

Agents draft, people approve, and the record shows who did what. Anything risky - a payment, a certificate override, a sign-off - needs a named person.

We do not sell transformation programmes. We prove one system on one part of the operation, hand you the numbers, and expand only when they hold.

Understand the site, the data and the risk before proposing anything.

  • Written pilot scope, baseline metrics and a fixed price

Prove

Run one system on one shaft, pit or circuit and measure it honestly.

  • Build, integrate and commission the pilot on site
  • Weekly reviews against the agreed baseline
  • Go / no-go gate with the numbers in front of you

Harden what worked, integrate it properly and hand it to your people.
